Withdrawal / Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item.

This can be done by letter, fax, or email. You may use the attached withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

Effects of Withdrawal:

• We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs if you chose a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery), no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.

• The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction.

• We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of shipment.

• You must return the goods without undue delay, at the latest within 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal.

• You bear the costs of returning the goods.

• You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this is due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

General Instructions:

1. Please return the goods, if possible, in the original packaging with all accessories.

2. Do not send the goods back postage unpaid.

3. Instructions 1-2 are not prerequisites for exercising the right of withdrawal.
